Legacy

Legacy refers to something handed down or passed on from one generation to another. This can encompass a variety of elements, including cultural practices, values, traditions, wealth, or assets. In a broader context, legacy can also pertain to the lasting impact or reputation of an individual, organization, or movement, often relating to their contributions or influence within society. Legacies can be both tangible, such as property or financial assets, and intangible, such as ideas, innovations, or historical significance. Ultimately, a legacy embodies what is remembered or retained after someone’s life or tenure has ended.
